Problem

A partner's entire notebook entry for a Geiger-counting session reads: "Ran counter for a while, got about 1212 per second with source in. Removed source, background small. Good agreement with expected value, moved on to next experiment." No date, no other note, and no reference to any data file accompanies this entry. ((a)) List at least four specific things this entry omits that another person would need in order to repeat or check the measurement. ((b)) State which single omission most seriously breaks reproducibility, and why.
