Problem

Complete the list below, giving for each radiometric quantity its photometric twin, the twin's SI-derived unit, and, in the last row, which of the four rows the eye's judgement of brightness follows. The radiometric quantities are: radiant flux Φ\Phi in W; radiant intensity IΩI_\Omega in W sr−1^{-1}; irradiance II in W m−2^{-2}; radiance LL in W m−2^{-2} sr−1^{-1}. State which row the eye follows when judging how bright a surface looks, and why (referring to what stays constant with viewing distance).
