Problem

In an electron-scattering experiment used to probe the interior of a nucleus, the electrons transfer a typical momentum of magnitude Δp c=300 MeV\Delta p\,c = 300\,\mathrm{MeV} to the nucleus. Estimate the smallest distance scale this experiment can resolve, and compare it with a typical nuclear radius of a few femtometres.
