Problem

Someone argues: 'The positron is the antiparticle of the electron. Since every additive number reverses sign for the antiparticle, and mass is just another number attached to a particle, the positron's mass must be −0.511 MeV/c2-0.511\,\mathrm{MeV}/c^2.' ((a)) Give the correct mass, charge, spin and lifetime of the positron. ((b)) State which of the four numbers actually reverse sign for an antiparticle, and which do not.
