Problem

A double-lined orbital solution for a detached eclipsing binary gives asin⁡i=25.0 R⊙a\sin i = 25.0\,R_\odot. A fit to the light curve gives an inclination i=85.0∘i = 85.0^\circ and fractional radii r1≡R1/a=0.100r_1 \equiv R_1/a = 0.100 and r2≡R2/a=0.060r_2 \equiv R_2/a = 0.060. ((a)) Find the true orbital separation aa in solar radii. ((b)) Find R1R_1 and R2R_2 in metres.
