The Nucleus Resolved, Ch The deuteron and what two nucleons do to each other

Problem

The neutral pion has rest energy mπ0c2=135.0 MeVm_{\pi^0}c^2 = 135.0\,\mathrm{MeV}. Treating one-pion exchange as the source of the longest-range part of the nucleon-nucleon force, estimate the Yukawa range λY=ℏ/mπ0c\lambda_{\rm Y} = \hbar/m_{\pi^0}c using ℏc=197.327 MeV fm\hbar c = 197.327\,\mathrm{MeV\,fm}.
