Problem

If the normal at any point PP of the ellipse x2a2+y2b2=1\frac{x^2}{a^2} + \frac{y^2}{b^2} = 1 , meets the major and minor axes in GG and HH respectively and CC in the centre of the ellipse, then prove that a2(CG)2+b2(CH)2=(a2−b2)2a^2(CG)^2 + b^2(CH)^2 = (a^2 - b^2)^2
