Problem

Ammonia is oxidized according to 4 NH3(g)+5 O2(g)→4 NO(g)+6 H2O(g)4\,\text{NH}_3(g) + 5\,\text{O}_2(g) \rightarrow 4\,\text{NO}(g) + 6\,\text{H}_2\text{O}(g). A reaction mixture initially contains 0.250 M NH3\text{NH}_3 and 0.400 M O2\text{O}_2. After some time the concentration of O2\text{O}_2 is measured to be 0.360 M. Determine the concentration of NH3\text{NH}_3 at this same time.
