Problem

Each data packet is transmitted independently through either channel A (with probability 0.4) or channel B (with probability 0.6). A packet sent through channel A is lost with probability 0.05, while a packet sent through channel B is lost with probability 0.10. Three packets are transmitted in succession. Given that the first packet is received successfully, compute the probability that at least one of the remaining two packets is lost.
