Problem

Two angles are supplementary. The larger angle exceeds twice the smaller angle by 15∘15^{\circ}. Solve the following: (i) Form a linear equation in one variable to represent the given condition. (ii) Solve the equation to determine both angles. (iii) The larger angle is now divided into two adjacent angles that are in the ratio 3:23:2. Find the measure of each of these two new angles. (iv) State whether the two newly obtained adjacent angles form a linear pair with the smaller original angle and justify your answer.
