Problem

A pipe closed at one end has a length of 0.75 m0.75\,\text{m} and produces its fundamental note at frequency ff. The speed of sound in air increases by 4%4\% because of a rise in temperature, and simultaneously the pipe is pulled out so that its length increases by 3%3\%. Calculate the percentage change in the fundamental frequency.
