Problem

A laser beam travels in air from the origin O(0,0,0)O(0,0,0) to point A(1,0,1)A(1,0,1) and meets a small plane mirror placed at OO. The normal to the mirror at OO is along the positive yy-axis. (i) Name the plane that contains the incident ray OAOA and the normal. (ii) Will the reflected ray also lie in this plane? Give reason for your answer.
