(General derivation using small changes)
Consider a blackbody whose absolute temperature changes from T to T+ΔT, where ΔT is small compared with T.
(i) Derive, to first order in ΔT/T, an approximate expression showing that the percentage change in the power radiated is %ΔP≈4(TΔT)×100.
(ii) Using the expression obtained, estimate the percentage increase in power output if the temperature of a blackbody rises by 3%.
