(Long Answer Question)
A concave mirror is used in a physics laboratory demonstration. An object 5cm high is placed on the principal axis 50cm in front of the mirror whose focal length is 20cm. Answer the following.
(i) Calculate the position of the image formed.
(ii) Determine the linear magnification produced and hence the height of the image.
(iii) State whether the image is real or virtual and whether it is inverted or erect. Justify your answer with the sign of magnification obtained in part (ii).
