A survey conducted in a town reports that the probability that a randomly chosen household owns a car is 0.60. Let the probability that it owns a motorcycle be p. Ownership of a car and ownership of a motorcycle are assumed to be independent. The study further shows that the probability a household owns both a car and a motorcycle is 0.24.
(i) Find the value of p.
(ii) Determine the probability that a household owns at least one of the two vehicles.
