In an examination, 75\% of the students passed in Mathematics while q\% passed in English. It was found that 87\% of the students passed in at least one of these two subjects. Assume that passing in Mathematics and passing in English are independent events. (i) Form an equation in q using the given data. (ii) Solve the equation to find the value of q (correct to two decimal places if necessary). (iii) Using the value of q, determine the probability that a student passed in both subjects. (iv) Hence, find the probability that a student failed in both subjects.
