Problem

Let θ\theta be an angle such that sin⁡θ=35\sin\theta=\dfrac{3}{5} and θ\theta lies in the second quadrant. Answer the following. (i) Determine cos⁡θ\cos\theta. (ii) Calculate tan⁡θ,  sec⁡θ\tan\theta,\;\sec\theta and cot⁡θ\cot\theta. (iii) Verify that the values obtained in parts (i) and (ii) satisfy the fundamental Pythagorean relationship for the trigonometric functions of θ\theta.
