Problem

A sphere of hard ferrite is magnetised uniformly to M=4.5×105 A m−1M = 4.5\times10^{5}\,\mathrm{A\,m^{-1}}, with no free current anywhere and no external applied field. ((a)) Find H\mathbf{H} inside the sphere. ((b)) Find B\mathbf{B} inside the sphere. ((c)) State the direction of each relative to M\mathbf{M}.
