Problem

A ray of light falls on a plane mirror. When the mirror is turned by 20∘20^\circ about an axis at right angles to its plane, the angle between the incident ray and the new reflected ray is 45∘45^\circ. The angle between the incident ray and the original reflected ray was therefore (1) 35∘35^\circ or 50∘50^\circ (2) 25∘25^\circ or 65∘65^\circ (3) 45∘45^\circ or 5∘5^\circ (4) None of these
